3 C mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
2 quarts chicken, cooked & diced
20 oz can water chestnuts
2 lbs seedless grapes
2 C sliced almonds
1 lg can pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry powder and set aside.

Mix the chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, almonds, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Reserve a few almonds.

Add mayo mixture to chicken mixture. Chill several hours. Before serving sprinkle with the remaining almonds.
