3 medium potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 tsp olive oil
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Halve the potato lengthwise and slice into 1/2 inch thick strips. Put margarine and olive oil in a bowl, add potato, toss to coat well.

Arrange potato strips in single layer on non-stick baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 for 30-40 minutes.
