FRESH BROCCOLLI
FRESH CARROTTS
PEAS
GREEN ONION
ITALIAN DRESSING
RANCH DRESSING
CHICKEN

Directions:
CUT CHICKEN IN BITE SIZE PIECES AND COOK IN FRY PAN WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND SEASONINGS. IN LARGE POT OF WATER BOIL PASTA UNTIL AL-DENTE THEN ADD CHOPPED BROCCOLLI, SLICED CARROTTS AND PEAS. RETURN TO A BOIL FOR 1-2 MINUTES AND DRAIN WELL. SOAK IN COLD WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL COOLED AND DRAIN WELL. ADD GREEN ONIONS AND 1/2 BOTTLE OF ITALIN DRESSING AND ABOUT 1 CUP OF RANCH DRESSING. ADD COOKED CHICKEN. SALT AND PEPPER.
