2/3 c. sugar
1tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. poppy-seed
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1tsp. Grated Onion (minced onion ok too)
1 cup salad oil

Mix dry ingredients; blend in honey, vinegar, lemon juice, and onion. Add oil in slow stream, beating constantly in blender. Makes 2 cups. Serve over spinach and romain mixture (or any other salad mixture you like). Top with real bacon bits, slivered almonds (toasted in butter), mandarin oranges and crasins.
