3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Melt butter. Add pineapple and brown sugar. Heat 5 minutes, stirring until clear and thick. When sauce cooks down a bit, add nutmeg. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 cup.
