6-8 Medium or Large Potatoes Red or White, washed
6 Quarts of Boiling Water
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
1 stick butter or margerine
1 Cup of Warm Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed potatoes in boiling water. Cover and boil for approximately 35 minutes until potatoes are well done. You can stick a knife or fork through to test potatoes. Place in collander let drain. In a saucepan heat milk and in a seperate pan melt butter.

Peel potatoes. Using a hand masher or a mixer mash potatoes throughly until all lumps are gone. Add milk and whip until fluffy. Add butter until well blended. Add a dash of black or white pepper. Serve with butter or gravey.
