1 box Macaroni, cooked & drained
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. Miracle Whip
4 boiled eggs
relish
celery
onion
carrots
green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Macaroni; meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and mustard together and add to cooked & drained macaroni. Cook mixture over medium heat. When it starts to thicken, take off heat and add remaining ingredients.

I like the vegetables coarsely chopped and sometimes I add more boiled eggs. One may need to add more Miracle Whip to desired consistency.
