1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tablespoon flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Add flour,
salt, and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer,
uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat. Sprinkle
with parsley. Serve over rice.
