3 stalks celery, cut into 2" pieces
1 English cucumber, sliced
2 large tomatoes, quartered
1 white onion, sliced thin
1 large fennel bulb, sliced thin, stems removed
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
2 tsp. fresh dill
evoo
fresh lemon juice
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large platter, place all the ingredients except the last 4. Season with salt and pepper. Pour about 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice over the top and then about 1/2 cup evoo. Combine and serve with grilled pieces of garlic toast
