1 cup plus 2 tsp. wesson oil
4 cups flour
2 cups plus 2 Tbls. granulated sugar
1/2 lb. butter plus 1 Tbls.
2 Tbls. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 small egg

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, creamcheese, sugar and vanilla Mix on medium speed until smooth and all butter specks are dissolved. Add sour cream and mix at medium speed just until blended
Add oil and egg yolk. Mix at lowest speed until oil is slightly mixed, then increase to medium speed until mixture is well mixed, but still slightly lumpy.
Add flour, salt and soda. Mix until just blended and then add 10 seconds more of mixing time at medium speed.
Cover dough and let sit for 4 to 8 hours. Rolls balls 9approx. 1 1/2oz round) and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 91/2 minutes. Edge of cookies will start to turn light golden brown.
