12 bacon strips, crumbled
1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 Tbsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 c. ( 4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 envelope ( 1 oz. ) ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:

In a skillet, partially cook bacon over medium heat( approximately 5 minutes) . Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside. Roll out dough to 1/2 " thickness; brush with 1 Tbsp. oil. Cut into 1" pieces. Place dough in large bowl. Add the bacon, cheese, dressing mix, and remaining oil. Toss to coat. Arrange pieces in a 9"x 5" oval dish layering as needed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes ( or until doubled)..Bake uncovered at 350º for 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
