6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 green onion, minced
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 to 3 oz crumbled cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 10-1/2 inch au gratin pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, green onions, butter, salt and pepper until well blended.

Pour mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over top. Bake 20 minutes until set and golden brown.
