1 lb ground beef
2/3 cup Pet Milk*
1/3 cup rolled oats
2-1/2 Tbsp finely cut onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shape the meat, pet milk, oats, onion, salt and pepper into a loaf with wet hands.

2. Dot the top with shortening.

3. Bake in greased pan in moderately slow oven (350) 1 hour or until brown.

*Pet Milk takes the place of egg. Makes meat loaf extra juicy, delicious! Any evaporated milk will work.
