1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion, optional
2-4 squirts Tobasco sauce
4 tsp. chili powder
salt, to taste
16 oz. can kidney beans with liquid
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and mash in beans, with liquid. Place in oven safe dish. Bake uncovered at 325, until hot. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
