3 Eggs
3 lbs Ground pork
1 Onion
4 Garlic cloves
4 Large carrots
3 Potatoes (peeled)
2 Packages spring roll shells
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions, garlic, carrots, and potatoes in food processor until small pieces. Mix in the pork with your hands. Add salt and egg yolks. Continue mixing. Roll small amount in each spring roll shell and fry in hot oil for 7-8 minutes. They should be golden brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
