8 c. dry bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 to 1-1/2 c. celery (diced)
2/3 c. margarine or butter
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp sage
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in saucepan, except bread crumbs. Simmer until vegetables are just tender. Remove from heat and stir in bread cubes until moist. Do not overmix. Place in oven safe dish, cover, and bake @ 325 for 45 minutes. If dry, add add'l chicken broth or hot water to moisten.
