1 gallon tomato pulp
2 C. vinegar
2 C. sugar
2 onions ( chopped)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp salt
1 T. cornstarch

Combine the tomato pulp, vinegar, sugar, onions, spices and
salt. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 hour. Add the corn starch mixed
with a little cold water. Boil 30 minutes more. Put in sterile
canning jars and seal.
