1 1/2 lb beef tenderloin
2 T butter
1 1/2 cup beef broth
2 T ketchup
1t salt
1 clove garlic
8 oz mushrooms
1 medium onion
3 T flour
1 cup sour cream

Cut beef into strips. Cook beef in butter until brown. Reserve a 1/3 cup of broth. Stir in remaining broth, ketchup, salt and garlic. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer until beef is tender. 10 min

Stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer until onion is tender. Shake reserved broth and flour. pour into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stir in sour cream.
