2 lbs large or extra large shrimp peeled & devained
1 Lemon sliced in quarters
1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup of chopped garlic (fresh or prepared)
1 1/2 tbls of paprika
1 tbls of seasoned salt
1 tbs white pepper
2-3 dashes of hot sauce

Season raw cleaned shrimp with all dry ingredients. In a nonstick frying pan add olive oil. Heat at medium heat. Add shrimp and stir occasionally until shrimp turns color, add garlic, then turn shrimp and cook other side evenly. Continue stirring and add lemon squeezing each wedge throughly. Continue cooking, add hot sauce and continue stirring.

This is a Porteguese dish which is one of my favorites. Can be served as an appetizer or main course. If served as a main course you can add 2-3 cups of cooked yellow rice and garnish with parsley and pimentos.
