1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks
1 can tender chunk ham, turkey, or chicken, flaked with a fork
2 C cooked rice, cooled
1/2 C grapes or dried apple
1/2 C sliced celery
1/4 C chopped nuts
1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
1/2 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve 3 Tbsp juice. Combine all ingredients, except mayonnaise and mix well. Chill.
Arrange salad greens if desired. Top with mayonnaise. Toss lightly before serving.
