1 C raw peanuts
1 C sugar
1/2 C light corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a one quart glass bowl mix peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Micro-cook 7-8 minutes, stirring well after 4 minutes. Add butter and stir well. Micro-cook 2-3 min longer or until peanuts are golden brown.
Quickly stir in baking soda and vanilla, mixing well.
Pour onto greased cookie sheet. As soon as it begins to set, stretch out with forks and fingers until very thin. Stretch until it appears to be peanuts held together with spun sugar.
