2 lb.s of ground beef or turkey 1 can of cheese and garlic spagetti sauce and 1 can of garlic and herb lb.and half spagetti noodles and a half lb. of macaroni noodles and a pinch of salt and a tbsp. veg. oil and 1 pack of montery jack and 1 pack of chedder cheese.

boil 4 cups of water add salt and oil.bring to a boil add noodles cook till tender about ten to fifteen min. drain water off. add 1 can of spagetti sauce and 1 bag of cheese and mix and add 1can of spagetti sauce and 1 bag of cheese and mix again and put cheese on top of spagetti.
