1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and press firmly into an ungreased 8x4x2 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 about 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
