Poundcake
TB brandy or sherry
Raspberry jam
Whipped cream
Apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut poundcake in thirds lengthwise.
Prick bottom layer and sprinkle with TB brandy or sherry.
Spread generously with raspberry jam.
Spread with whipped cream.
Prick next layer and sprinkle with TB brandy or sherry.
Spread generously with apricot preserves.
Spread with whipped cream.
Prick top and sprinkle with brandy or sherry.
Top with whip cream and frost the whole thing.
Refrigerate or freeze.
