2 3oz. Packages apricot Jell-O
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 Large can apricots (29 oz.
16 oz. Cottage Cheese
Chopped)
2 c. of Liquid Made up of juice from apricots and water

Directions:
Directions:
Bring liquid to boil and dissolve Jell-O. Add remaining 2 c. of liquid and cool Jell-O. After cool add cottage cheese, cool whip, and chopped apricots.
