8 onions
8 green peppers
1 bulb garlic (remove skins from cloves)
8 jalapeņo peppers
24 oz. tomato paste
5 tbsp. canning salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chili pepper
1 tbsp. cumin
1/3 c. oregano
2/3. minced cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place all vegetables in food processor and chop into small bits. Put in large kettle, add remaining ingredients and cook on med. low for 3 - 4 hours to reduce liquid (thicken). Freeze in quart size zip-loc freezer bags, laying flat (about 2 cups per bag). You may also can this by processing in jars for 15 min. in boiling water.
