"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Saute onion and celery in butter. When onions are soft and somewhat translucent add broccoli, mushroom soup, cheese, and worcestershire and tobasco sauces to taste. Personal Notes:
The first time my mom Elizabeth made this for a party at our house, I stood next to the fondue pot and ate this all evening. So good and easy too! She got the recipe from her friend, Marlene Townsley.
