1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 325º. Shape and bake for about 12 minutes, depending on the shape and size of cookies. They should brown lightly. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute and the remove to wire rack. Cool completely and then decorate as desired.
