1 pie crust 1 c milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/8 tsp pepper 1 c cubed, cooked ham 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 1-2 c broccoli cuts 1 tbsp chopped onion 1 can mushrooms
Prepare pie crust. Heat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, and onion in pie-crust lined pan. Pour egg mixture over layers. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
