Ingredients: 1 dark chocolate cake mix 3 pkgs dark chocolate instant pudding 1 pint heavy cream 1 8 oz container whipped topping 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp vanilla 4 large snickers bars

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 2" deep sheet pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions. pour into pan and bake till done, about 15 - 17 minutes. Let cool completely Mix two packs of the instant pudding with 3 cups of milk till thick. Refrigerate. Whip heavy cream with the other pack of instant pudding and add it to the whipped topping. Refrigerate. For the carmel pudding: In a medium sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, flour, eggs and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture thickens and boils. Add butter and vanilla. Add 1 snickers bar, crumbled. Cool completely. To assemble cake: Pour a layer of the carmel pudding over the cool cake. Crumble 1 of the snickers bars on top. Top with a layer of instant pudding and a layer of the whipped cream mixture. Repeat layers. Top with extra snickers bar crumbles. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. |
