2 32 oz. bags of frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
2 lb. bacon cut into pieces, fried and drained
1 c. diced onions
1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, diced
2 dozen eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the frozen potatoes, bacon, onions, and cheese in the crock pot in two or three layers. Finish up with cheese. Beat the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour over the whole mixture. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
