2 pkgs (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1-1/4 c salad oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour 2 - 9 X 5 inch pans.
In a medium bowl, stir strawberries, eggs and oil until blended.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nuts. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients. Stir just until blended. Pour into pans. Bake 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
