Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Fruit Salsa (recipe follows)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
10 flour tortillas (each 7 to 8 inches in diameter)
1 large package (about 8 oz) Neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fruit salsa; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (or for up to 4 hours).

In a shallow bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Working with one tortilla at a time, brush both sides lightly with water; then cut tortilla into 6 equal wedges. Dip one side of each wedge in sugar mixture. Arrange wedges in a single layer, sugared sides up, on oiled foil-lined baking sheets. Bake, one sheet until tortilla wedges are crisp and golden (about 4 minutes). Remove wedges from baking sheets and let cool slightly on racks.

While tortillas are baking, in a 1 to 2 qt pan combine Neufchatel cheese, orange juice, and honey. Whisk over low heat until sauce is smooth, about 3 minutes.

To serve mound warm tortilla wedges on a platter. Offer sauce and fruit salsa to spoon onto wedges.

Fruit Salsa: Hull 2 cups strawberries; dice into a bowl. Add 2 large kiwi fruit (about 8 oz total), peeled and diced, and 1 can (about 11 oz) mandarin organes, drained.
