1c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 T. oil

Beat thoroughtly- let stand awhile.
Pour thin layer in small frying pan.
take out, roll up with cinnamon and sugar or sweetener.
