1 chicken cut into pieces
4 T curry powder
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 T canola Oil
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 T salt
2 T pepper
1/2 tsp. hot pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with all ingredients. Marinate for two to three hours.

Put oil into frying pan and crush a little garlic into the oil. Put all the chicken into the pan with a little water and cook for about an hour.
Add more water as needed.

Stir and turn so as to not burn

Serve with white rice
