3 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. cornflake crumbs
3 T. cornmeal
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and lemon pepper in shallow dish. Place
buttermilk in another dish, Mix cornflake crumbs and cornmeal.
Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in buttermilk and lastly in crumb
mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 for 18-24
minutes.
