1 pound cooked small shrimp or crab
1 8 oz. reduced-fat sour cream
4 tsp horseradish or more to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP fresh dill,
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper

Finely chop shrimp or crab, In a medium bowl combine sour cream, horseradish, ketchup, mayo, salt, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Stir to combine add shrimp or crab and stir to mix thoroughly, Cover and refregerate at leaset 2 hours or up to 1 day.
