1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub Cool Whip
3 small packs of instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter and flour and place in pie dish. Press down on mixture to make crust. Bake until lightly brown. Allow crust to completely cool before adding other ingredients. Cream softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip and pour over cooled crust. In separate bowl, mix instant lemon pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Spread pudding mixture over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip and serve.
