Notes: I first had Chicken Kelly in the early 80’s at a friend’s house who was having a buffet lunch for her son’s graduation. While there was a lot of food, this dish was the overwhelming favorite with everyone. She eventually made copies of the recipe because everyone asked for it. I gave it to Evy many years ago and she serves it every New Year’s Day when her friends come over. It is great as a stand alone meal or as part of a buffet. This is one of my favorites.
