3 ripe avocados.
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, finely chopped.
3 tbsp. olive oil.
2 green onions, finely chopped.
1/2 clove garlic, minced.
Mayonnaise.
Salt, red peper, chili powder, cumin & lemon juice to taste.

Peel avacados, mash with a silver folk. Add tomatoes, oil, garlic and onions. Mix in enough mayonnaise to make a paste. Add lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
