3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. hot water
1 t. vanilla
1 3/4 c. cake flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Stir cocoa into hot water until combined. Add to first mixture. Fold in sifted dry ingredients, then beaten egg whites. Pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" baking pan or two 9" rounds. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
