2 lbs. froz hash brown potatoes 3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes. In large bowl, combine the potatoes, 1/2 c. melted margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Mix crushed cornflakes with 3 tbsp. melted margarine. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
