Salad: Dressing:
1 bunch broccoli - cut up 1 c. miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 head cauliflower - cut up 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 - 1/2 can real bacon bits 2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 - 1 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 small red onion - sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing using a wire whip. Mix the dressing first and let it "blend" while you do the rest of the salad. I usually make the salad the day before but stir in the sunflower seeds just before serving so they are crunchy.
