3 (3 oz.) pkg. peach JELLO
3 drops vanilla
12 oz. cream cheese
4-5 peaches (fresh or canned)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 pint whipping cream



Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 package JELLO in 1 cup boiling water in blender. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; blend until smooth. Whip cream and fold in the cream cheese mixture. Spread in 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm. Dissolve 2 packages JELLO in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water and lemon juice. When this is cool, and the other is firm, arrange peach slices on the cream cheese layer and pour the liquid on top. Refrigerate until all is set.
