3 qt. popped corn (1/2 cup unpopped) 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts or almonds
1 cup sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla
Butter sides of saucepan and combine: sugar, corn syrup and honey. Bring to a hard boil, boil 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from stove and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over popcorn and nut mixture. Coat well.
