1 recipe homemade pizza dough
1/2 cup sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a cookie sheet. On a floured board, roll the pizza dough out into a rectangle, about 12" x 8". Brush with the melted butter. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, nuts and nutmeg and sprinkle on top of butter. Beginning at the long end, roll the rectangle up tightly and seal the seams. Cut into 12 - 14 pieces. Place on cookie sheet and let rise till double in size. (you can use a round pan if you prefer)
Preheat oven to 375 Brush the buns with a bit of melted butter and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes. Frost with a 10x sugar icing if desired.
**Mix 1 cup 10x sugar with 1 tbsp melted butter. Ad a tbsp of milk at a time till it reaches the desired consistency. Pour over cooled rolls

These are fantastic for breakfast. You can freeze them by wrapping indivdual buns in plastic wrap--pop one in the micro for a quick fix!
