1 can whole kernel corn drained 1 can cream corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix 1 c. sour cream
1 egg 1 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together & pour into greased baking casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for approx.. 1 hour. DO NOT OVER BAKE --GETS VERY DRY!!
