1 SM ONION CYT IN WEDGES DIVIDED
1 SM CARROT DICED, DIVIDED

IN SM SAUCE PAN COMBINE THE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS. BRING TO BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REDUCE HEAT SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MIN OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICK. MEANWHILE BROWN PORK CHOPS

LINE A 8 "BAKING DISH W/ FOIL AND SPRAY W/ COOKINF SPRAY.
PLACE PORK CHOPS IN PAN SPRINKLE W/ HALF THE VEGETABLES. POUR SAUCE OVER ALL
COVER AND BAKE AT 350' FOR 30 MIN. UNCOVER SPRINKLE W/ REMAINING VEGETABLES BASTE W/ SAUCE FROM PAN BAKE 15 MIN MORE
