1-2 tblsp olive oil
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 28oz cans of tomato (1 peeled, 1 chunk)
3/4 tsp basil
3/4 tsp mint

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil, add chopped onion and garlic over low heat until the onion and garlic are golden.
Add tomatoes plus 4 oz. of water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 45 minutes.
