1 1/3 C flour
1 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs, seperated
1/4 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Beat egg yolks until light and foamy, add sugar and butter. Mix well. Add milk alternately with flour mixture and egg mixture. Mix well together. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in waffle iron. Serve with butter, syrup or whipped cream and strawberries.
